| 1. The instructor must have the ability to customize a technology tool geared toward the class lesson to meet the need of students. User friendly technology will effortlessly allow students to move from content to content within the online course (Petrick, 2019). Interactive content engages the student, gives immediate feedback, and improves student performance. 3. Tools such as online textbooks, tablets, laptops, and wi-fi make accessibility to all students anywhere, including special needs children (Petrick, 2019). Accessibility to online content gives the learner the capability to log-on easily to complete assignments or read, receive feedback, and adjust settings as needed. 4. Online classroom technology must have a feedback system that is constantly open so adjustments can happen immediately which will enhance student achievement (Petrick, 2019). Feedback settings set by the instructor may allow multiple attempts, links to textbook content associated with the content, or indicating when an answer is right or wrong with an explanation.
